What are Online Paper Rewards Points?

Online Paper Rewards Points is our way of saying thank you for ordering with us. We want to reward our customers for their loyalty which is why why offer the chance to earn and redeem points with every purchase. Redeeming points means that you will be saving money on paper, inks and even printers.

How do I join Online Paper Rewards Points? Is it Free?

Yes it’s completely FREE, all you need to do is create an account on our website. By doing so you will receive 100 Points!

Who can join Online Paper Rewards Points?

All of our retail customers will have access to Online Paper Rewards points, customers with a Trade Account (i.e. Business/Commercial/Education) are unfortunately not eligible to earn or redeem points. If you are interested in a Trade Account, we offer preferential pricing and credit facilities, you can apply through our Trade Account Application form.

How does the points system work?

To put it simply you earn points when shopping with us, in return these points can be redeemed against future purchases. Points are earned for purchasing anything form our extensive range of Inkjet Papers, Canvas, Ink Cartridges and Accessories available on our website (some exclusions apply) and are redeemable at checkout.

How much are my Online Paper Rewards Points worth?

You will receive 5p worth of points for every £1 you spend with us.

Where can I see how many points I’ve earned?

You can see how many points you have earned by logging into your account and going to the OLP Rewards Points section.

Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

Absolutely not, you will earn points for absolutely every order you place with us and there is no maximum amount. The same goes for redeeming your points against future purchases.

How do I spend my points?

If you have any points available your balance will be displayed at checkout where you can also select how many you would like to redeem. You can redeem as many or as few as you would like.

Will my points expire?

No. We know that printing is something people do on a regular basis and equally some people do it less often. That is why your points will never expire.

I can’t see my points?

If you are unable to see your points you will need to make sure you are logged into your account. Points are not eligible to be transferred between accounts.

What about my past Online Paper orders?

The OLP Rewards Points scheme has been introduced as of the launch of our new website (1st November 2023) and points can only be earned on web orders after this date. Points cannot be retrospectively awarded on any orders before this date.

*What products are excluded?

Unfortunately our customers are not able to earn points for large hardware items including monitors, printers and scanners. We are happy however for our customers to redeem points against purchases of these products.
