We are pleased to offer a custom cutting and creasing service for any sheet media purchased on Online Paper. Whether you are creating greetings cards, panoramic prints or have another creative project in mind, our precision cutting and creasing service will save you time and ensure you acheive flawless results.
This is a completely custom service so we are able to cut sheets to any size and make multiple cuts if required, additionally we are able to crease papers in line with your specifications including multiple creases and varying crease depths. It is possible to both cut and crease the same paper e.g. cut A4 to A5 and crease each A5 sheet in half for greetings cards.
To ensure precise cuts we utilise a German built EBA 721-06 LT Guillotine, enabling us to cut sheets up to A2+ in size. To ensure crisp, sharp creases we use a Duplo DC-446 Creaser, enabling us to crease up to A3+ sized sheets.
I want my paper cut…
- The cost of cutting 1 SKU paper is £6 inc. VAT.
- If you order multiple packs of the same SKU, the price will still be £6 inc. VAT.
- The cost is the same whether you are cutting 25 or 250 sheets.
- Cutting is not available for roll based media.
- When shipping your cut paper we will put the sheets back in the original box, along with any off cuts, this stops the sheets moving around during shipping.
I want my paper creased…
- The cost of creasing 1 SKU is £6 inc. VAT.
- If you order multiple packs of the same SKU, the price will still be £6 inc. VAT.
- Creasing is not available on all surfaces, glossy sheets have a greater tendancy to crack when creased so we do not offer this option on some products.
- Your creased sheets will be shipped in thier original box.
- The charge is per SKU, not based on how many creases you require
- Creasing is not available on roll based media.
High volume orders…
High volume orders may be subject to a waived cutting and or creasing fee. To discuss your requirements please get in touch.
How Does it Work?
We have made the ordering process for cut and/or creased sheets as easy as possible. For papers where cutting and/or creasing is available, simply select your preferred sheet size and pack quantity and in the fields provided enter your instructions, the add the product to your basket. Please be as descriptive as possible to help our production team.
Please be aware creasing is not available on all media’s, glossy sheets have a greater tendancy to crack when creased. In this case only the option to cut sheets will be presented
